Is the Communitarian “Mass Vaccination” Campaign Responsible for Hundreds of Thousands of Deaths in the Country?

“Depopulation seems to have evolved from a conspiracy myth to reality in our country.” – Rafael Castillo-M.D.

This update includes ACL Philippines observations and, for educational and research purposes, republished 3rd-party articles or excerpts.

First, that the “mass vaccination” campaign (and the alleged mandatory wearing of face masks) by the Duterte administration is, in fact, a communitarian campaign is proven by the fact that it is part of the World Health Organization’s global “mass vaccination” campaign. Both the DOH and the Duterte administration constantly refer to the WHO in their statements every time they need to establish a level of perceived authority concerning ‘the science’, ‘the data’ and the ‘health protocols’.

Both the DOH and Duterte imply that they are simply following the directives of the WHO. And under the WHO constitution Duterte is contractually required to follow the WHO directives. Though, the government can at any time decide to withdraw from the WHO constitution because it has, after all, sworn to uphold and protect the Philippine Constitution.

Excess Deaths

Based on recent government data, several doctors in the country are now pointing out that since the start of the “mass vaccination” campaign, the country has been seeing an alarming number of deaths which are not “COVID” deaths. Rather, they conclude, these excess deaths seem to be caused by the “mass vaccination” campaign itself.

These excess deaths are in addition to the 55,000 to 165,000 lockdown deaths in 2020.

CDC Ph Presents Evidence That Vaccination Has Impact on Recorded Excess Deaths – February 8, 2022 (archived for educational and research purposes)

The Concerned Doctors and Citizens of the Philippines (CDC Ph) is pushing for further investigation on the reported increase in what it described as “excess deaths” of more than 180,000 Filipinos recorded from March to September 2021, saying that this coincided with the roll-out of mass vaccination last year.

During a press conference held last February 2, the group presented an analysis of the latest data released by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), suggesting a strong temporal relationship between mass vaccination and excess deaths in the population.

According to Dr. Rafael Castillo, a cardiologist at Manila Doctors and past member of the Professional Regulatory Board of Medicine Hospital, “excess death” is defined as the number of deaths beyond what would be normally expected in the population had a crisis, such as this COVID-19 pandemic, not occurred.

“Based on available preliminary data, the excess deaths are much more than what could be accounted for due to COVID-19 deaths alone. In the Philippines, for example, discounting the actual number of deaths due to COVID-19 as reported by the Department of Health (DOH), the data indicate that the spikes in excess deaths coincide with the roll-out of mass vaccination last year. There were apparently more excess deaths, as reported by the PSA, as more vaccinations were given. No such magnitude of deaths was noted in the whole of 2020, and in January and February of 2021, when we were already grappling with several COVID-19 variants and surges, but no vaccination yet,” Castillo explained.

Dr. Benigno “Iggy” Agbayani Jr., past President of CDC Ph said, “Something is causing the sudden deaths of thousands of Filipinos starting March 2021. With 180,000 excess deaths from March to September 2021, this may be the deadliest seven months on record in the Philippines, more than a year after COVID-19 started. This massive surge of excess deaths is highly correlated with vaccination roll-out and must therefore be stopped and investigated now.”

“Mandatory investigation, not mandatory vaccination”

Castillo also reiterated that the data does not conclude that mass vaccination is the “definite” cause of excess deaths, but it strongly suggests and mandates that any responsible public health official should not just ignore this or dismiss it outright as fake news.

“Our health officials should investigate thoroughly to determine what might have caused the excess deaths of more than 180,000 Filipinos from March to September 2021, based on government data. It boils down to one excess death for every 250 vaccine shots,” said Castillo.

“The data, though not conclusive, eloquently speaks for itself. It raises a red flag on the actual impact of mass vaccination, which needs to be thoroughly investigated by an independent panel of experts. The mass vaccination, especially on healthy children, adolescents, and adults—including nonseniors with no comorbidities—should be suspended until mass vaccination is ruled out as the cause of the excess deaths,” he added.

Castillo also shared that although there is no data yet for the last quarter of 2021, if the correlation of excess deaths with a number of mass vaccination is maintained, and considering the ramped-up vaccination campaigns in the last quarter, it is predicted that the excess deaths for 2021 could reach more than 450,000.

CDC Ph also urged President Rodrigo Duterte to defer to the sovereign welfare of his people by invoking the supreme law—Salus Populi est suprema lex (the health and welfare of the people are the supreme law)—and urgently mandate his health officials to look into this matter seriously, and defer mass vaccination until there are definitive answers as to what is causing such unprecedented excess deaths.

“Stop all vaccinations immediately until a more thorough data collection and independent analysis can prove beyond doubt these experimental vaccines are safe. Stop the bleeding from the most obvious and controllable source,” Agbayani stated.

Were 450K Excess Deaths in 2021 Associated with Mass Vaccination? – January 24, 2022

Alarming Data

Bienvenido Oplas Jr., a CDC PH colleague, first raised this concern in his column (“My Cup of Liberty,” Business World).

Another CDC PH colleague and an expert in health data analytics, but who requests not to be identified for security reasons, gathered more data, assembled more charts, and presented an objective analysis during last week’s CDC PH virtual huddle, which was attended by Senate President Vicente Sotto III, who also described the data as alarming and requiring immediate serious attention.

The data was separately vetted by experts from the CDC PH and the Fame Leaders Academy, and the consensus was that the data, though not conclusive, eloquently speaks for itself. It raises a red flag on the actual impact of mass vaccination, which needs to be thoroughly investigated by an independent panel of experts. Meanwhile, mass vaccination, especially on healthy children, adolescents and adults—including nonseniors with no comorbidities—should be suspended until mass vaccination is ruled out as the cause of the excess deaths.

When asked what made her look at the data on excess deaths, the CDC PH expert said that since early in the pandemic, she was already conscious of the safety concerns with the use of a new vaccine product, developed platforms that hadn’t been used before widely in the population, and that had not gone through standard testing procedures long enough to ascertain intermediate and long-term safety. In short, the warp speed at which the vaccines were produced was already a red flag in itself.

“I was fully aware that the pharmaceutical industry has a very checkered history with regards to safety of their products,” she wrote in our email exchanges. She said “massive vested interests” might come into play.

She added: “The fanatical pushing of vaccination as the only possible solution to the pandemic, and pandemic management tactics that were clearly not assessed in terms of public health risk-benefits and which resembled psychological warfare more than science, and the ruthless quashing of any voice outside the ‘official mainstream narrative’ already further raised my hackles.”

Next week, we’ll discuss more revelations from our CDC PH expert, including the excess deaths in highly urbanized and vaccinated cities like Manila, Quezon City, Pasig, Mandaluyong, San Juan, Cebu, Davao, and Iloilo, and the effective depopulation of the country with excess deaths, coupled with decreasing birth rates starting last year. Depopulation seems to have evolved from a conspiracy myth to reality in our country.

Philippines’ Monthly Birth and Death Data Show That Indefinite Lockdown and Mass Vaccination Are Wrong – January 10, 2022

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) released the updated monthly vital statistics last week, on Jan. 6, and many numbers are interesting or shocking.

[B]irths are declining and this decline is accelerating. From an average of 139,500 births a month in 2019, it went down to 127,400/month in 2020 and 101,400/month in January-September 2021. So, there were nearly 150,000 fewer births in 2020 compared with 2019, and there will be around 300,000 fewer births in 2021 than 2020.

[T]here was a big rise in the number of deaths in 2021 when mass vaccination started. From an average of 51,694 deaths per month in 2019, this declined slightly to 51,156/month in 2020, then went up to 55,244/month in the first two months of 2021. By March, when mass vaccination started, the number reached 61,484, the first time in Philippine history that deaths have exceeded the 58,000 mark. From there, it has been rising to nearly 94,000 in August and 103,000 deaths in September 2021.

[T]here was excess mortality of 19,500/month from March to July 2021 over same period in 2020. This went up to 37,000 in August and 49,000 in September, when some 33.7 million vax doses were already given in August (+14.35M over July) and 45.6 M doses in September.

This is not COVID-related excess mortality because the total number of COVID deaths were only 5,559 in August 2021 and 4,846 in September.

The incumbent President of Concerned Doctors and Citizens of the Philippines (CDC Ph), Dr. Homer Lim, made this good observation: “The Philippine statistics on death and birth rates are quite alarming. Year 2021 was gloomy, excess deaths have topped 49,000 in September alone and we haven’t yet included the last quarter. What factors could have caused this sudden alarming surge in deaths? It is certainly not COVID deaths, so could this be due to people afraid of COVID that they have neglected their other illnesses, or could this be a reflection of vaccine related deaths?”

And the former CDC Ph President Dr. Benigno “Iggy” Agbayani, Jr. offered a good course of action: “These statistics on deaths and births have a huge implication on the longest, most expensive and tyrannical health protocols our country has ever tried. Unbridled lockdowns and experimental vaccinations are the most likely suspects in this sudden high deaths and low birth rates. An investigation by independent and credible experts on this life and death anomaly should be launched as soon as possible.”

The implicit forced vaccination orders issued by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases under its Resolution 148, by the MMDA issued last week, and by many LGUs should stop. Not only for being unconstitutional but also for their questionable health impact.
